about this site

I had a lot of words here once but this is just a web application I made that lets people(me) keep track of their workouts and food without having to deal with things like "ads" or "social networks" or "useful features".

As for disclaimers, this website uses javascript and cookies. If you don't like javascript and/or cookies, or don't consent to whatever cookies this website may store on your device, please discontinue all use.

You shouldn't trust anything or anyone on the internet. All I can say is I'm not going to be going around selling your data should you choose to register on this website for whatever reason.
Assuming you were able to create an account you navigate over to either the food or exercise log and start writing down some stuff. Necessary fields should hopefully be highlighted for you. The current date is used if you do not specify one. Please note that some fields allow fraction values to be entered. For example, you can enter either '.75' or '3/4', or '2.2' or '11/5' and the form will accept it. While it is always good to be consistent if you happen to switch between different units The Cloud will convert everything to a common unit when you want to view a report.
For being on The Cloud these reports are a tad on the "dumb" side. For most types, a minimum of two points of data is needed. If your scales are all messed up I guess that's because you are doing a small number of reps with large amounts of distance or weight or something and there is really nothing I can do about this. That is where Plotly comes in. It should allow you to zoom around and help with the scaling.
Bodies are weird and these calculations are just estimates. For specifics, the "lo" value on RMR returns the female formula and scales up to the male formula, "hi". Similarly, the body fat formula's emphasis slider scales from the female to the male values by going from hips to abdomen.
i am sorry for your loss
